Our primary goal in producing the Oyate Ta Olowan series was to erase the iconic, outdated image of "Indian" and return to seeing native people in many different places doing many different cultural and musical practices--and to celebrate the diversity. To the right are several thoughtful articles, essays, and other material that dissolve stereotypes about Indians and recognizes them as full citizens of the 21st century.
